TBAD™ Desiccant Air Dryers

TBAD™ (Tri-Bed Adsorption Dryer) — continuous drying with a dedicated equalization/standby phase to reduce switching losses and hold a stable dew point for industrial compressed air.

Moisture is a reliability problem: corrosion, frozen instrument lines, ruined product, and damaged PSA/membrane beds. TBAD™ tri-bed dryers are sold as standalone industrial dryers and as critical upstream equipment for instrument air and gas generation packages. Dew-point classes and flow rates are selected against your compressor discharge conditions and plant specification.
