Industrial Instrument Air Systems
Clean, dry compressed air packages for pneumatic instruments, control valves, and process air. Filtration train + TBAD™ desiccant drying sized to your flow, pressure, and dew-point specification.
Instrument air is a plant utility, not a commodity afterthought. Zenox packages combine particulate/coalescing filtration, optional activated carbon treatment, and TBAD™ tri-bed desiccant drying so control systems and process air see stable pressure and moisture. The TBAD™ dryer at the heart of the package is also available as a standalone unit for buyers who only need drying. Packages integrate cleanly with on-site nitrogen generation systems and industrial oxygen plants — including oil-free air compressor for gas generator feed trains when hydrocarbon control is required. Designed for industrial plants — manufacturing, chemical, mining, power auxiliaries, and general process industry.
