Custom Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers

Custom-engineered vessels of any size, pressure rating, and material — designed and fabricated to ASME Section VIII Division 1 (Division 2 by project requirement) and international standards. Nameplate data, MAWP, MDMT, and corrosion allowance defined per vessel.

Zenox manufactures custom-engineered pressure vessels to the exact specifications and pressure your operation requires — any size, any material, any duty. The scope covers process vessels, reactors, separators, receivers, columns, and specialty vessels, and extends to heat exchangers and condensers within the same fabrication discipline. This vessel expertise is not a sideline: it is the foundation of the multi-tower adsorber systems inside our own nitrogen and oxygen generators, refined over years of building high-quality pressure equipment to ASME and international standards. Each vessel is engineered for pressure, temperature, and corrosion requirements, fabricated under controlled procedures, and released with inspection and test documentation suitable for plant QA and third-party review.
